Our Contract and Policy

Welcome to Lite Lens LLC! Before booking our services, please review the following terms and policies. By proceeding with payment and booking, you agree to these terms.

 

1. Contract and Agreement

By booking our photography and videography services, you enter into a contract with Lite Lens LLC. This agreement covers the services to be provided and the terms outlined below.

2. Reservation of Time and Date

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Once received, we will reserve the date and time for your event. Please note:

  • 50% of the deposit is non-refundable at the time of booking.

  • 100% of the deposit is non-refundable if the event is canceled at any time.

3. Payment Terms

  • The remaining 50% balance is due one week before the first event. If paying in cash, the balance may be paid on the day of the first event.

  • We accept payments via Zelle, bank transfer, credit card (3% processing fee), or Venmo.

4. Copyright and License

Lite Lens LLC retains ownership of all copyrights for the photos and videos we produce. The Client is granted a limited license for personal use only. Commercial usage requires prior written consent.

  • Public Use: Any public sharing of the photos must include credit to Lite Lens LLC.

  • Restrictions: Photos cannot be used in trademarks, logos, products for resale, or sublicensed without permission.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • 50% of the deposit is non-refundable upon booking.

  • 100% of the deposit is non-refundable if the event is canceled at any point.

6. Refund Policy

All payments made are non-refundable once services have been completed and delivered. If the event is canceled by the Client, the deposit will not be refunded. If Lite Lens LLC is unable to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund for services not rendered or offer a replacement photographer.

7. Services

The services we provide are based on your booking agreement. Additional services may incur extra charges. Our services include:

  • Photography and videography

  • Next-day edits for the reception (if included)

  • Drone coverage (subject to FAA/local restrictions)

  • Custom photo albums

  • Pre-wedding shoot

8. Privacy and Data Usage

We respect your privacy and only collect necessary information to provide our services. Your personal information will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. However, we may share data with trusted partners (e.g., printing companies or digital gallery services) as needed to fulfill your order.

9. Client Responsibilities

You agree to cooperate and provide necessary information for us to deliver your services. Delays or lack of communication may impact the final product or delivery timeline.

10. Liability and Limitations

Lite Lens LLC is not liable for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., equipment failure, natural disasters). If we are unable to provide the services due to such circumstances, a refund for services not rendered will be provided.

11. Drone Usage

All drone services are subject to FAA regulations and local restrictions. We will inform you if drone usage is prohibited or requires special permits.

12. Model and Print Release

By booking our services, you agree to the following:

  • Model Release: Lite Lens LLC may use your images for promotional or advertising purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Print Release: You are authorized to print your images for personal use only. Commercial use of the images is prohibited without our written consent.

13. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled through mediation or arbitration, if necessary.
